I have been gluten free since April. It hasn't been too big of a struggle, just random cravings of a slice of sour dough bread from San Francisco or a cookie. BUT yesterday I went to a dinner where there was lasagne, chicken Alfredo and bread. WHICH are all things I love. So when I got home I thought to myself..."make yourself a pan of gluten free brownies. You deserve it." So I did! They were incredible. Today I woke up and ate them for breakfast, snack and lunch. I ate the whole pan of brownies in less than 24 hours. Do I feel guilty? Not one bit! Totally worth it!
